Seeing young people excited by what they are doing, developing confidence, self-belief and a realisation that they are special and have a unique place to play in the world.
Least favourite part of job:
Paper work.
What I am working on now:
Everyday there is something new to work on as schools are always places of opportunity, adventure and possibilities.
Interests outside work:
The outdoors, music, theatre, family, new adventures.
