Airport: International gateway to Christchurch
IntroductionChristchurch International Airport is the gateway to Christchurch and the South Island. Up to six million passengers travel in and out of the airport each year. It is also the largest single centre of employment in the South Island. For three days you will have special security clearance to go 'airside' and find out what happens behind the scenes at New Zealand's second largest international airport.
